Carbora is designed to be privacy-friendly and compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

The values you enter (goods, quantities, certificate price, origin carbon price) are processed in memory to compute your estimate and generate your PDF. They are not stored in a database and are discarded once your request is served. We do not require an account and do not ask for personal identity data to use the calculator.
The service is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU by Carbora.
Carbora uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical state is used to operate the page; no profiling is performed.
When card payment is activated, it is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider (Stripe). Carbora never sees or stores your card details.
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. As we do not store your inputs, most requests are satisfied by the ephemeral nature of the service; for any query, contact contact@carbora.aevon.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL in France).
