The Carbora name, interface, texts, emission-value tables and calculation engine are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited. Reports generated by the user for their own use remain the user's property.
Carbora is an automated estimation tool for the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (Regulation (EU) 2023/956). It computes indicative embedded emissions and CBAM costs from data entered by the user and from indicative EU default emission values. Carbora is not a customs broker, tax adviser, accredited CBAM verifier or law firm, and does not file declarations on the user's behalf. For binding figures, the user must rely on verified producer data, the official default values in force, and their authorised CBAM declarant or competent authority.
Estimates are produced from the data entered by the user and from indicative default values and a certificate price set by the user. Actual liability depends on verified emissions, official default values and the quarterly EUA price, which only the competent authorities and accredited verifiers can confirm. Aevon cannot be held liable for the use made of the generated estimates.
